Big Machine Records, BMI, and Sony/ATV Music throws Taylor Swift a prom! The festivities took place on Monday night at downtown Nashville's 'aVenue'. Some of the industry's top record label executives, producers, and media attended. Taylor was awarded several accolades, including a #1 award for "Our Song" which she wrote. That song has spent 6 weeks in the top spot of the charts! Taylor was also awarded a "triple-platinum" award from the RIAA for her self-titled album. Sources say that Big Machine Records President Scott Borchetta wore a white prom suit and typical "80's" hair. Party favors included tiaras for the ladies and Girogio Armani products.

Taylor was at the 5th Annual Candies Foundation ‘Event To Prevent’ Benefit, held at Cipriani in New York City last night. The Event to Prevent is a benefit to raise awareness of the consequences of teen pregnancy. I must say that she looked very stunning, I almost didn't recognize her.

Taylor attended a new event Monday night. The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Gala and she looked absolutely beautiful in a long gold dress. Pictures have been added to the gallery. I will add more later including a bunch of HQ's.
As you can see I put up a new layout. I pretty much hated the last layout I had up and couldn't wait to change it. I wanted something colorful and cheery since it's summer now. I really hope everyone likes it.
Taylor performed at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival yesterday. I really hope a video will be released of this performance because she looked like she was really rockin out. Pictures from this have been added to the gallery, so make sure you check those out. I'm also adding a bunch of HQ's from this performance right now.
Sorry about not being able to update about this earlier but I was not at home or anywhere near a computer.
